Error 3131

Resolution:
On the Process a Tan screen you may see this error.
This a generic error and is usually caused by apostrophes in a Last name, Customer Job, or Pack name field.

First look at the tanning packages names to make sure there is no asterisk or apostrophes.

Next go to the Customer Profile and clean and repair the customer database. You will find this option on the tool bar under EDIT-Clean and Repair
